Invest Northwest 2008 - The region's premier life science investment conference

Invest Northwest 2008 successfully completed its most highly attended event on March 18-19, counting more attendees, presenters, and sponsors than ever before to the Northwest’s premier life science investment conference.

The conference was March 18-19 at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center, Seattle, Wash. WBBA President Jack Faris, and WBBA Chair Jim Gore of the Pacific Northwest Research Institute, kicked off the conference, with Gore calling it “an opportunity for the WBBA to bring together investors and companies to discuss plans and ideas of moving forward together in the life science industry.”

Invest Northwest is organized annually by the Washington Biotech and Biomedical Association. Said Gore, “the WBBA’s main goal is to improve and strengthen the environmental and economic system that life science companies are working in today.”
